About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality code, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure top-quality development aligned with business goals.

What You`ll Do

•  Develop, maintain, and ensure quality of program code to meet business requirements.

• Create and execute tests for code, troubleshoot issues, and refine requirements into actionable tasks.

• Plan and prioritize deliverables, actively contributing to development initiatives.

• Communicate with stakeholders, support incidents, and drive improvements in team dynamics.

• Contribute to development initiatives based on evolving business needs.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years in software development and contributing to cross-team projects.

• Knowledge: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot and MySQL, with experience in PHP and modern development practices. Familiar with Maven/Gradle, Livewire, and software testing, debugging, and deployment pipelines.

• Skills: Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical skills. Able to work independently and in teams. Proficient in writing maintainable, readable code, and managing dependencies. Strong communication skills with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
