We’re looking for a highly organized and creative marketing professional to lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on producing high-quality creative assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads with a strong emphasis on coordination, creative production, and cross-functional communication.
You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies who will provide high-level concept briefs, which you will translate into timely and accurate ad creatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Execute and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads creative strategies, producing a high volume of unique creatives each month.
- Develop and tailor creative assets and marketing materials that align with direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on creative briefs, asset requirements, and production schedules.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, Adobe Express, XD, Animate, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, and other related tools to enhance content.
- You may also be expected to work with other AI-powered tools as needed, depending on business requirements
- Create both static and moving content to support marketing and branding efforts.
- Organize and track creative requests using spreadsheets or project tools.
- Act as the point person for tracking the status of marketing deliverables and ensuring cross-team alignment.
- Be adaptable in supporting various stages of the launch process where needed.
- Strong communication with internal teams for product knowledge and creative direction.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, specifically creating marketing campaigns for Meta and Google Ads, preferably within the e-commerce space
- Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with ad platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with emerging AI tools for creative ad production is a strong advantage.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing with an understanding of how to create engaging content is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in static content are welcome, but proficiency or willingness to learn motion content creation is strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of executing with minimal supervision.
- Product-based marketing background is a plus.
