POSITION SUMMARY


The Digital Commerce Coordinator serves as the orchestrator across all NBS Digital Commerce service lines and the NBS Master Data team. The role connects markets with Global and Zone Digital Commerce leadership to identify solution opportunities at every stage of the Digital Shelf journey, ensuring strong alignment among all stakeholders involved.

 

Acting as the central integrator between strategy and operations, the Coordinator ensures seamless execution of end‑to‑end Digital Shelf activities—including Product Information Syndication, Publishing, Monitoring, Amazon Back Office, PDH readiness, workflow configurations, and operating model deployment.

 

The role also serves as the primary point of contact for markets leveraging multiple Digital Commerce solutions, driving holistic adoption, removing blockers, and ensuring that global capabilities are consistently activated and optimized.

 


A DAY IN THE LIFE …



  • Lead cross‑solution orchestration and market alignment across all NBS Digital Commerce solutions—ensuring cohesive activation, identifying solution opportunities across the full Digital Shelf ecosystem, and serving as the primary SPOC for markets navigating integrated deployments and service interactions.

  • Ensure integrated, end‑to‑end service delivery across the full suite of NBS Digital Commerce solutions by driving operational alignment, consistency in ways of working, proactive issue resolution, and seamless execution of the unified Digital Commerce operating model for all subscribed markets.

  • Collaborate closely with NBS Data Operations to support PDH readiness, clarify ownership boundaries, and maintain frictionless end‑to‑end content operations—ensuring clear responsibilities, eliminating duplication, and strengthening delivery of content aggregation and related services.

  • Act as a cross‑functional connector between markets, NBS service lines, Master Data, and global/zone Digital Commerce stakeholders to ensure consistent deployment, integrated operating model activation, and smooth execution of Digital Commerce solution rollouts and ongoing integrations.


ARE YOU A FIT?






    • Understanding of the end to end ecommerce life cycle and journey

    • Ability to quickly understand eRetailer challenges and specificities





    • Understanding of product eContent - marketing/digital assets, nutritional information, product description page





    • Solid understanding of Digital Shelf metrics and Product eContents on eRetailer platforms





    • Ability to interpret dashboard and execute periodic reporting based on market requirements





    • Bias-for-action in following through and executing from generated insights





    • Strong analytical and insighting capabilities





    • Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills





    • Abilitiy to deliver against established objectives, deliverables, and deadlines





    • Ability to follow Nestlé and Brand Guidelines to ensure product content quality in eRetailers
       



    • -Prior experience in any of:

      - Product Information Syndication (Salsify)

      - PDH readiness / Master Data processes

      - eRetailer Monitoring (NIQ, OSA)

      - Amazon Back Office

      - PMO or project deployment experience

      - Experience coordinating across cross‑functional teams (IT, Data, Sales, Markets)

       

      Key Software Knowledge

      - Very good knowledge in Digital Shelf or any eRetailer Monitoring tools

      - SAP Product Master Data solution

      - Proficiency in powerpoint and presentation creation

      - Has intermediate/advance skill in Microsoft Excel (including formula) and understanding of Power BI solution

       

      Key Experiences

      - University Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields

      - 2-4 years of experience in the eCommerce and/or digital marketing field

      - 2-4 years of experience in eRetailer Monitoring and taking action in product related content (availability, search, and performance)
