Position Title: Digital Growth and CRM Specialist Work Set-up: WFH Schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT Salary: PHP70,000 – PHP80,000 Holidays: UK Holidays
We are looking for a highly capable Digital Growth & CRM Specialist to support the growth of two ambitious brands through smart marketing systems, data-driven decision-making, and strong digital infrastructure. This role goes beyond traditional digital marketing—it focuses on building, managing, and optimising the systems that drive lead generation, customer journeys, and conversion.
As a Digital Growth & CRM Specialist:
Act as the technical backbone of the marketing function, translating ideas into fully functioning campaigns and systems
Manage and optimise CRM platforms, ensuring speed, accuracy, and efficiency in all customer journey processes
Build, deploy, and maintain landing pages, funnels, and digital assets that convert
Collaborate closely with the content and marketing team to bring campaigns to life
Take ownership of backend marketing operations including apps, CMS platforms, and integrations
Work independently while proactively identifying improvements and opportunities for growth
Manage and optimise CRM systems (e.g., Genie AI / Go High Level) ensuring efficient workflows and accurate data handling
Build, update, and optimise landing pages and marketing funnels
Set up, run, and optimise Meta ad campaigns, with Google Ads as a potential growth area
Maintain and update WordPress websites and other CMS platforms
Support the management and development of internal apps (e.g., Replit-based systems)
Build, manage, and optimize HTML based web pages and event microsites, with strong proficiency in front end web development, responsive design, troubleshooting, and implementing updates across live web environments when required.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics
Translate data insights into actionable improvements across campaigns and systems
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute marketing strategies effectively
Take initiative in identifying system improvements, automation opportunities, and growth strategies
Ensure all digital assets and systems are running efficiently and effectively at all times
Qualifications as a Digital Growth & CRM Specialist:
At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing systems, or a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress
Experience building and optimising landing pages and conversion funnels
Solid experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Strong proficiency in HTML, front end web development, and modern web design principles, with hands on experience building, editing, and maintaining responsive web pages and digital event sites.
Exposure to app platforms or environments such as Replit is an advantage
Experience tracking, analysing, and interpreting marketing performance data
Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta) are advantageous but not required
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
High level of initiative with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Canva and graphic content creation, with the ability to design polished marketing materials, event graphics, social media assets, presentations, and branded digital content that aligns with company standards and campaign goals.
