Digital Growth Specialist (CRO & Shopify)- Night Shift- Full Remote

Work Conditions

• Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
• PHP 50,000 to PHP 90,000 per month.
• 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday. (The shift is flexible after the probation period)
• Resting during Philippine Holidays.

About the Role

This role reports directly to the CEO & Creative Director, who is based in New York. As the E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Strategy Expert, you will collaborate closely with leadership to drive the growth and success of Softlimit’s CRO services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping optimization strategies, working alongside design and development teams, and ensuring that clients achieve measurable improvements in their e-commerce performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies to optimize website performance and increase conversions.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to enhance UX and conversions.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to align CRO strategies with business goals.
• Leverage tools such as Convert.com, Visually.io, Rebuy, and Heatmap tools for optimization.
• Provide detailed reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to improve conversions continuously.
• Stay updated with industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging CRO techniques.
• Pitch and promote CRO services to potential clients, demonstrating their value and impact.

Experience & Software

• At least 3 years of experience as a CRO Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Shopify and e-commerce is a must.
• Strong knowledge of CRO tools such as Convert.com, Visually.io, Rebuy, and Heatmap tools is a key requirement. 
• Expertise in A/B testing, conversion tracking, and web analytics.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with teams.
