We are looking for a Digital Marketer to help the client's digital presence by executing campaigns, managing content and social media, supporting CRM/email marketing, and producing analytics-driven reports. The role will act as a digital extension of client's in-house team, working alongside them day-to-day.
Qualifications and Attributes
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.
Proven experience in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with social media marketing, including content creation, community management, and advertising.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
Duties and Responsibilities
Social media content creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoring across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Monthly content calendar planning, stakeholder check-ins, and execution of digital campaigns.
Designing and distributing email campaigns via Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
Website content updates (event pages, blogs, etc.), SEO support, and landing page optimisation.
Paid ad support (Meta and LinkedIn) including basic copy, visual suggestions, and results tracking.
Analytics and reporting across all digital platforms.
Stakeholder coordination via Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
