Job Description - Digital Marketing & Content Officer | Hybrid | Dayshift


ZigZag is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team!

*Candidates must be willing to report onsite once a month in Ortigas
*Working schedule is Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm/7am to 4pm Manila time

About the Role:
  • Independently manage and execute lead generation and sales-focused campaigns.
  • Run and optimise campaigns across digital channels – email, website, social, and paid media.
  • Leverage HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Apply AI-powered tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, AdCreative, and CoPilot to increase efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Bid Writers and Sales to transform content narratives into engaging, results-driven campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing is aligned to pipeline goals and buyer journeys.
  • Proactively bring fresh, innovative marketing ideas that leverage AI and data insights.
About You:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services.
  • Strong HubSpot proficiency is essential.
  • Proven experience using AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Experience in sales-driven marketing environments where marketing directly supports business development.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, digital sales funnels, and campaign execution.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Outcome-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy.
You’ll be joining a highly collaborative and innovative team that values results, supports new ideas, and empowers you to make a bright impact. This is a hands-on, independent role where your expertise will drive the digital marketing function and directly contribute to the company’s success.
