Digital Marketing and Corp Communications Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and innovative Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager to lead and enhance our brand presence, corporate messaging, and marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing corporate communications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creativity, and a proven track record in corporate branding and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and corporate communication strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Create and manage content for press releases, corporate announcements, website, social media, and internal communications.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Manage public relations efforts, build strong relationships with media, and handle crisis communication when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, HR, and product teams, to drive cohesive marketing efforts.
• Organize corporate events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives to enhance brand reputation.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market research to refine communication strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts using KPIs and analytics tools.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners for PR, advertising, and creative services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and corporate storytelling.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing media relations, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
