Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager (hybrid)

Digital Marketing Manager – Summary

Leads the development and execution of integrated digital strategies across SEO, paid media, CRO, content marketing, social media, and copywriting to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Oversees a team of digital specialists, ensuring effective campaign planning, implementation, and optimization while maintaining strong client relationships. Leverages multi-channel expertise and AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency, innovation, and overall marketing impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in both paid and organic channels.
  • Proven experience in paid media, copywriting, and social media campaign management
  • Strong content creation, writing, editing, and storytelling skills across platforms
  • Proficiency in digital tools and analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams
  • Strategic thinking with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing and advertising platforms
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, building strong relationships, communicating campaign progress, and presenting performance reports effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., creative, paid media, tech) to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder approvals.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, leveraging insights to inform strategies and drive innovation.
  • Effectively manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, tracking efficiency and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage, guide, and coach team members, providing tactical support to ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Builds and automates project management workflows using tools like Asana, while optimizing the integration and use of marketing technologies such as CMS and CRM systems.
  • Creates training materials and plans for Digital Marketing roles in collaboration with HR.
  • Executes SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and online visibility.
  • Drives content marketing with engaging, SEO-optimized content aligned to brand goals.
  • Manages social media strategies to boost awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Crafts persuasive, on-brand copy to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Optimizes websites and campaigns through A/B testing and conversion-focused improvements.
  • Identifies operational and tactical risks, implements mitigation strategies, and ensures compliance with regulations
