We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to take ownership of our growing digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who understands SEO, website management, content optimization, and the full customer journey — and knows how to turn insights into action.
You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our digital channels to ensure strong performance, seamless execution, and alignment with business and campaign objectives.
SEO, Website & Content Management
Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, SEO compliance, and alignment with business goals
Execute SEO optimizations across web pages, blogs, and landing pages to improve visibility, rankings, and traffic quality
Monitor website and landing page performance and recommend improvements to user experience, engagement, and conversion
Digital Analytics & Performance Reporting
Consolidate and analyze performance data across SEO, website, paid media, social media, CRM, and SMS channels
Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve content planning and channel effectiveness
Translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for campaigns and digital initiatives
Consumer Journey & Insights
Analyze customer behavior across digital touchpoints using analytics and insight tools
Translate end-to-end consumer journey insights into improvements for content strategy, website optimization, CRM messaging, and campaign planning
Education
Graduate of a 4-year college course in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Management, or a related field
Experience
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to:
Content strategy and development
SEO execution
Website or CMS management
Working familiarity with paid media, CRM platforms, and social media channels
Strong knowledge of SEO, website management, and digital content development
Working familiarity with paid advertising, social media operations, CRM, and SMS platforms
Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly data-driven
Clear understanding of the customer journey and marketing funnel
Experience with analytics, CMS, and performance tools such as:
Google Analytics
CRM or email platforms
Performance dashboards
Insight tools (e.g., Zendesk, Meltwater, Qualtrics)
