The Digital Marketing Production Specialist is responsible for creating, coordinating, and deploying digital marketing assets across multiple channels to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role combines creative production, campaign execution, social media content creation, email and SMS marketing deployment, and online reputation management while ensuring consistency across multiple brands and locations.

Objectives of this role:
Produce and deploy high-quality marketing assets that support promotional campaigns and business objectives.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital marketing channels and dealership locations.
Execute marketing campaigns efficiently and accurately while meeting deadlines and production schedules.
Support customer engagement and online visibility through social media, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and reputation management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and promotional materials.
Responsibilities:
Create high-quality promotional graphics, ad creatives, email banners, showroom signage, and social media content.
Develop creative assets while maintaining branding consistency, typography standards, visual hierarchy, and promotional effectiveness.
Build, schedule, and deploy marketing email campaigns and text campaigns.
Format campaigns correctly, upload graphics, insert links and buttons, segment lists, and ensure successful deployment.
Create platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Stories, and Reels.
Resize and edit content, create engaging captions, organize posting schedules, and maintain brand tone and visual consistency.
Adapt creative assets efficiently across multiple brands and manufacturers.
Support digital marketing initiatives including ad creatives, campaign coordination, website graphics, promotional scheduling, and basic analytics tracking.
Work within shared drives, project management systems, cloud platforms, and collaborative workflows across multiple store locations.
Follow marketing calendars and execute campaigns accurately and on schedule.
Manage multiple ongoing projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
Manage online review reputation by responding to customer reviews in a manner that supports positive customer engagement and optimizes SEO content.
Required skills and qualifications:
Strong graphic design and creative asset creation skills.
Ability to create promotional graphics, ad creatives, email banners, signage, and social media content.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design platforms.
Experience building and scheduling email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Ability to execute marketing campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience creating and managing content across social media platforms.
Strong organizational, time management, and task execution skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
General understanding of digital marketing workflows, campaign coordination, website graphics, and analytics fundamentals.
Comfortable working with collaborative digital tools, cloud platforms, and project management systems.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Basic video editing experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Familiarity with the powersports or automotive industry.
Experience working remotely in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
Experience with email and marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, Twilio, or similar systems.
