What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Nice to Have:
Financial/ SaaS/ B2B industry is an advantage - with at least a basic understanding of the jargon of the financial industry. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing. What will you do?
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify strategic keywords for content optimization. Implement on-page, technical, off-page SEO strategies to enhance website performance, including meta tags, headers, and content optimization. Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics, providing regular reports on key metrics. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and enhance backlink profile. Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
