As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and optimize online performance. Your role will involve content creation, campaign management, analytics, and digital advertising to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Marketing & Strategy

• Plan, create, and manage compelling content across digital channels (website, blogs, social media, etc.).
• Optimize content for engagement and lead generation.
• Collaborate with other members of the creatives and communications team to maintain brand consistency.

Social Media & Community Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Manage and grow Smartsourcing’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor trends and interactions, responding to comments and messages professionally.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Plan and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
• Conduct audience targeting to enhance ad performance.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, etc.).
• Use tools like Google Analytics, and social media insights to measure campaign success.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, content marketing, and social media strategies
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital ad platforms
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, or similar
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset to optimize performance
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
