General Description of the Position As a Junior PPC Specialist, you will manage and optimize ad campaigns across various platforms to maximize marketing investments. Your role involves developing cost-efficient strategies, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights. You will create comprehensive media plans, conduct keyword and competitor research, and implement testing for improved results. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams, maintain data reliability, and stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising.
In line with the training, the employee is expected to fulfill the following job responsibilities:
M. Plan and execute digital ad campaigns based on the agreed strategy with the client;
N. Conduct keyword research to maximize all search opportunities relevant to the client’s business;
O. Research and analyze competitor(s) strategies and executions;
P. Track and manage campaign spending to ensure that campaigns are cost-efficient meeting the expected ROI and spending is aligned with the agreed budget;
Q. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and other online/ digital initiatives;
R. Monitor campaign performance and generate reports and insights that are pertinent to campaign optimization;
S. Optimize campaign performances through various testing and experimentation as deemed appropriate;
T. Conduct continuous research and optimization efforts based on industry updates, best practices, and gathered data through the campaigns;
U. Utilize various reporting tools, web-based software office suite, campaign management softwares, and scripts to automate data gathering and improve processes;
V. Become a certified product expert in all Paid Advertising products such as but not limited to Facebook Advertising and Google Ads products;
W. Stay current with new advances in digital advertising, search engine marketing, competitive landscape, building strategies, and other developments in the paid media channel; and
X. Report to PPC Team Leader and Head of Operations.
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience)
· Candidates must possess at least Advertising/Media, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
· Preferably with a minimum experience of at least 1 year in a related field.
· Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential for this role.
Type of Skills and/or LICENSING/CERTIFICATION Required:
Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace.
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
● Driven, passionate, and self-motivated
● Knowledgeable in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
● Knowledgeable of other paid ads platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Spotify, and other emerging platforms) ● Should have a basic understanding of the
following:
○ Google Analytics
○ Google Suite
○ Google Adwords
○ MS Excel/Google Sheets
○ Meta Business Suite
○ Meta Ads Manager
○ Analyzing Data
○ A/B Testing
