Position:  Digital Marketing Specialist

Working Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (EST) | 9 PM - 5 AM (Philippine Time)

Salary Range:  USD 1000- USD 1600 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading our digital marketing efforts, staying abreast of the latest trends in social media, executing email marketing campaigns, and assisting in contact creation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and a keen eye for detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media Management:

• Stay on top of emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Email Marketing:

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Segment email lists based on audience characteristics and behaviors.
• Design visually appealing and engaging email templates.
• Monitor email deliverability and optimize email performance.

Contact Creation:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of contact lists for email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize contact information.
• Implement strategies to grow and segment contact databases effectively.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Digital Marketing Tools: Experience working with Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Experience: Between 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing roles.
• Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to completion.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity: Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging content and marketing campaigns.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 50mbps internet speed
• Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
