Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, New Zealand
Salary: 1,250 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities
- Optimize Google Analytics to track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Maintain a strong social media presence across all relevant digital channels
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives
- Research social media trends and inform management of changes relevant to the company's marketing activities
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the data
- Create and design content such as blogs, newsletters, and materials for social media and website platforms
- Manage all aspects of Google AdWords campaigns
- Oversee SEO and blog management
- Supervise LinkedIn marketing strategies
- Develop social media content, including posts and messaging
- Manage the distribution of created content
- Design and launch landing pages
- Engage with comments and messages, excluding lead generation efforts
Skills and Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing roles;
- Proficient in WordPress, and Google Suite
- Experienced in Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Senior-level experience is advantageous
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media platforms, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Capable of providing marketing guidance
- Proficient in design tools
- Has great attention to detail
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Requires minimal supervision
