Digital Marketing Specialist

We are searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Iloilo City. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels, with a focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. 

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing specialist role.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Strong understanding of marketing best practices, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Design experience in Canva or other graphic tools and/or video editing experience
• Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with project management tools a plus.
• Experience with WordPress content management system (CMS) is required.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that integrate online and offline channels, including trade shows, events, email marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Manage all aspects of marketing strategies, from budgeting and planning to lead generation
• Experience in creating email newsletters, brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Manage and analyze marketing campaign performance using data and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
• Maintain and optimize the company website built on WordPress, including creating landing pages, blog posts, and managing content.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure we are using the most effective strategies.
