Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on paid media, SEO/SEM and CRM. This role requires 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing, working collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Manager and team members to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Expertise
Monitor campaign performance, make data-driven adjustments, and maximize ROI to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to define campaign goals and ensure paid media strategies are integrated with broader marketing efforts.
SEO & SEM Proficiency
CMS & CRM Management
Oversee HubSpot CRM management, ensuring accurate data entry, lead tracking, and proper segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
Coordinate with the Content Marketing Specialist and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure website content aligns with the editorial calendar, marketing goals, and CRM-driven personalization.
Data & Analytics
Email Marketing & CRM Integration

Online Reputation & Crisis Management
HubSpot CRM Management
Adaptability & Continuous Learning

Strategic Initiative
Qualifications
Experience in managing paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Ads, and others.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics).
Experience in managing web content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot CRM, etc., for data interpretation and insights generation.
Experience with HubSpot CRM, including data management, lead tracking, segmentation, and marketing automation.
Strong understanding of online reputation management and crisis management strategies.
Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for creating integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
