Responsibilities:Analyze behavior and manage end-to-end channel campaigns effectively.Oversee SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising.Utilize data insights for campaign optimization and conduct A/B testing.Optimize campaigns dynamically, adjusting budget, channels, and creative elements.Independently drive engagement and collaborate with tele sales and field teams.Calculate digital leads' impact and ROI, collaborating with sales teams for adjustments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5+ years in marketing campaign management, preferably in E-Commerce, CPG, or Telecom.Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.Southeast Asia market experience preferred.Strong analytical skills with exposure to data visualization tools.Ability to develop business cases for campaign strategies and Martech solutions.Skilled in identifying and implementing marketing process improvements.
