The Digital Specialist – Masterdata supports digital platforms and commercial operations, ensuring seamless operation, maintenance, and adoption of global digital solutions that drive business growth and streamline processes. The role partners with multicultural business teams to enable market deployments and commercial operations, while maintaining comprehensive documentation for digital products.
Masterdata Scope & Systems Supported
Account, Contact, and Territory creation and updates across core commercial systems.
Onboarding/deboarding, deactivation, and purging of records consistent with governance and compliance.
Data synchronization checks and remediation to ensure accuracy and integrity across platforms.
Primary systems: Salesforce, AWS, DataLoader, REEV, plus other sales and commercial systems (e.g., ISMS, CIS, Talos).
Create/update/modify templates, audiences, tasks, surveys, quizzes, lead forms; register users on Salesforce/digital platforms; prepare, report, and follow up on NPS surveys; reconcile program incentives and verify proof of performance; provide administrative support for e-ordering.
Explore, set up, and tailor digital solutions (temporary and enduring) to address market needs; conduct sessions to guide internal deployment activities.
Execute UAT/UVT across devices (PC, mobile, tablet) and languages for B2B/B2C platforms; support front-end and back-end web/e-commerce updates.
Upload branded and brand-agnostic content and training materials; collaborate with Global Capability and Digital teams to publish content.
Respond rapidly to system issues; follow up on end-user tickets and act as the gateway between users and development teams.
Update and create internal documentation, process flows, handbooks, and guides for digital tools; support additional sales and commercial systems as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or any related field
3–5 years of experience in digital operations, CRM/data management, or commercial systems support
Proficiency in CRM and data management tools (Salesforce, DataLoader Snowflake), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Proficient in English language; other Asian languages proficiency is a plus
Knowleadgeable with the following: Salesforce, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, CSS, HTML, Python, for web content publishing
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Adaptability, proactive mindset, and customer focus
Resilience in repetitive tasks; integrity, organizational agility, and process management
Hybrid work arrangement between Mondays to Fridays; midshift schedule
Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati City
