Job Description - Digital Support Supervisor

Job Description

The position leads the implementation of learning technology solutions and platform. The function will manage the Digital Learning Academy (registration and post concerns) and the administrator of DLD applications such as LMS, SRTD, Sharepoint, Vidyard and others in coordination with Digital Distribution, Phil and Corporate IT and Business Transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the implementation of learning technology solutions and platform. Administrator of the Digital Learning Academy registration, inquiries and post e-learning concerns related to content and configuration.
  • Handles applications and tools such as Learning Management System (LMS), SRTD, Sharepoint, Vidyard, Brightbox and others.
  • Coordinates with other business units/partners: Digital Support, Phil and Corporate IT and Business Transformation to introduce or identify new digital tools and applications available in the market.
  • Introduces new digital learning tools, apps, software. Trains and cascades new digital tools to stakeholders in collaboration with other Sales Business Units.
  • Manages the section's operation, staff training and development and implementation of team standards and house rules.

  • Excellent in oral and written communication.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-year degree course
  • Experience in the field of Digital Tools and Learning.
  • With at least (4) years' work experience in a similar or related position. Otherwise, at least (4) years related work experience in an educational, school, or any digital learning environment.
  • Formal training and actual work experience in project management is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in multimedia production is an advantage.
