About the Job

We are seeking a Director – Human Resources to oversee and manage HR operations for our US-based client.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Human Resources and Management, with solid exposure to US HR practices and employment regulations. The HR Manager will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR strategy implementation — supporting the client’s growing team.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage HR processes across time zones, communicate with stakeholders in the US, and uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all HR functions to support our growing healthcare team.
  • Lead and execute the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives and healthcare regulations.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as healthcare-related HR standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
  • Manage employee relations with empathy, professionalism, and fairness.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance review cycles.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights to guide leadership decisions.
  • Partner with leadership to drive engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Manage HR technology (HRIS/ATS) and continuously improve HR processes for efficiency.
  • Promote employee well-being, safety, and a healthy workplace culture.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR and management experience (experience in US HR operations required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration for US-based teams.
  • Strong understanding of US employment laws, benefits, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across time zones.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Willing to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (night shift, office-based).

Benefits:

  • Company paid medical insurance/HMO with PhilCare (enrollment on day 1).
  • Competitive base salary depending on education, experience, and industry expertise.
  • Get up to 15 days of paid time off, monthly short leaves, marriage leaves, and additional unpaid vacation leaves.
  • Day trips. Shift gears and explore adventures with your team out of the office.
  • Career development plans. We want you to grow and become the best at what you love.
