Octal Philippines Inc. is on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Director of Delivery to lead our project delivery initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage the delivery of our complex projects tailored to meet our clients’ needs while ensuring quality and timely execution.
Your primary responsibilities will include setting the vision and strategy for delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and working collaboratively with various departments. You will build, mentor, and lead a high-performing delivery team, guiding them in best practices and methodologies to achieve excellence.
As the Director of Delivery, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and clients to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes. You will also implement strategic improvements to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of delivery operations across the organization.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role focused on project or program delivery, and demonstrate a proven track record in managing large-scale projects. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive change through influence are essential for success in this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end service delivery processes, including service activation, change, and termination.
• Ensure all delivery activities meet SLAs, customer requirements, and internal standards.
• Improve service provisioning performance and reduce delivery delays.
• Act as the main delivery point of contact between Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
• Resolve delivery issues and handle escalations for critical enterprise customers.
• Maintain delivery SOPs, KPIs, and basic operational dashboards.
• Ensure provisioning aligns with service assurance processes (monitoring, incident, and change management).
• Support root cause analysis and drive improvements for delivery-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the IT Delivery team. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or service delivery, with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise service provisioning and inventory.
• Familiar with SaaS Product (E-Money, Loyalty, E-Commerce).
• Understand financial regulation di PH.
• Understand proper ITSM procedure to be able to advise process improvement.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
