• Identifies new business opportunities, innovates and implements sales strategies to attract clients and increase revenue targets.

• Maximizes room revenues by optimizing pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.

• Develops relationships with clients and industry partners through entertainment and courtesy visits.

• Leads and mentors the team in planning and organizing specific accounts, activities, and projects.

• Graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.

• Minimum of five (5) years sales leadership experience is an advantage.

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and executing sales strategies in meeting business objectives.

• Strong leadership, management and communication skills.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and sales tools and software.
