Dispatch Track and Trace Specialist

As a Dispatch Track and Trace Specialist you're going to be responsible for monitoring and tracking shipments in real time using logistics software, ensuring timely deliveries through clear communication with U.S.-based drivers, dispatchers, and partners. Proactively resolve delays or issues, provide accurate status updates, and maintain compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Keep detailed shipment records and collaborate with operations to optimize routes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments in real time using logistics software and tracking systems.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with U.S.-based truck drivers, dispatchers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Proactively resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, or rerouted shipments without escalating unnecessarily.
• Provide accurate status updates and reports to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant transportation regulations.
• Keep detailed records of shipment activity, incidents, and communication logs.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify route optimization and efficiency improvements.

Preferred Skills

• At least 1 years of Experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation tracking (especially with freight or trucking companies).
• Must have exposure to GPS tracking tools and logistics systems.
• Customer service background with experience handling shipment-related inquiries
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and logistics industry standards.
• Strong spoken and written English, must be easily understood by U.S.-based drivers and team members.
• Willing to work onsite at GH Tower Offices at Greenhills 11F & 12F South Drive, Greenhills Center Ortigas Ave, San Juan City
