Distributor Sales Executive (South Luzon)

Arla Foods Corporation is looking for a Distributor Sales Executive who has an exceptional track-record of driving sales, distribution, and operational excellence within the assigned regional distributor. The role also ensures strong P&L management, efficient inventory control, capability-building of distributor sales team, and effective execution in Modern Trade channels in accordance with Arla standards. How you will make an impact 

You will belong in an organization with over 140 years of heritage as a European cooperative, being a strong team player requires a mindset where you can work across all business units and navigate in a matrix organization.

• You drive sales and distribution performance by achieving sell-in/sell-out targets, expanding channel coverage, ensuring execution excellence and in-market presence, and maintaining healthy stock rotation.


• You manage distributor business performance and profitability through regular P&L reviews, trade spend optimization, financial health monitoring, and effective Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).


• You optimize inventory and supply chain performance by maintaining target stock levels, preventing stock issues, minimizing returns and damages, and improving demand forecasting accuracy.


• You lead and develop a high performing distributor sales team through coaching and implementing structured coverage plan, route-to-market optimization, and call efficiency standards.


• You strengthen business partnerships and execution excellence by driving joint business plans, promotional initiatives, compliance with trade standards, and superior on-shelf availability, visibility, and planogram adherence.

The Distributor Sales Executive will be part of the Retail team and will report directly to the Distributor Team Manager.

What will make you successful 

• You have at least 5 years of experience in distributor management handling modern trade in South Luzon


• You are organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership


• You have strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive data-informed decision-making
