Job Description - Distributor Sales Specialist (PNFC)

We are seeking Distributor Sales Specialists with a strong focus on customer service who can confidently and successfully explain the features and advantages of our products to customers.

The Distribution Sales Specialist will be in charge of selling and promoting our product line to drugstores, local pharmacies and other channels aligned to our business model. The position holder will most likely be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributor operations manager/owner, distributor sales team, pharmacy managers and staff, ensuring our products are well-represented and accessible to expectant and new mothers.

We are looking for DSS in the following areas:

1. Region 1 and Region 2 - Job Description for the Distributor Sales Specialist - R1 and R2

2. Visayas Region (Cebu) - Job Description for the Distributor Sales Specialist - Visayas Region

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field.

Must have 1-2 year experience in handling distributors and local key accounts in Pharmaceutical or FMCG Sales or similar sales roles is highly preferred.

Must be well familiar with the assigned area for full territory coverage.

Must know how to negotiate in dealing with distributor owner/operations manager, LKA owner.

Skills

Excellent in written and verbal communication and can discuss clearly on direct client presentation.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to understand and articulate medical and scientific information.

Effective organizational and time - management skills.

Commitment in upholding our company’s ethical standards and practices.

Proficiency in using online software/s and sales tools.

Must have the presentation skill.

Must be idealistic and know to create promos and programs as needed for the assigned areas.

Can do field training and coaching to sales team of distributor.

Willingness to travel (field) within the assigned territory

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation will be highly optional
