District Sales Manager

• Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage commercial strategies aligned with company objectives, including market research and identifying new business opportunities.
  
• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue generation through strategic initiatives, expanding customer base, and optimizing sales & marketing efforts.
  
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage sales, marketing, or commercial teams, setting performance metrics and ensuring they have necessary tools.
  
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and understand customer needs to inform business decisions.
  
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor commercial activities, track KPIs, analyze performance, and report to senior management.
  
• Financial Oversight: Contribute to budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring commercial activities remain within budget.
