Doorman

• Extend a polite and professional welcome to all guest, with special attention to VIPs and repeat visitors
  
• Assist guests courteously with belongings, ensuring safe handover to Bell Attendant.
  
• Open and close vehicle and taxi doors, providing smooth assistance during guest arrival and departure.
  
• Facilitate transportation needs promptly and coordinate instructions with taxi drivers as requested by guests.
  
• Work closely with Traffic Controllers to maintain orderly and safe traffic flow in the driveway.
  
• Keep the driveway clear of obstructions, reporting any major cleaning or maintenance concerns to the shift supervisor.
  
• Guide guests to parking facilities and coordinate with Valet Attendants to support efficient vehicle management.
  
• Provide a professional farewell to all departing guests.
  
• Carry out other duties assigned by Management in support of guest service excellence.
  

Requirements

• Minimum relevant experience of Concierge/ Bell services in the Hotel Industry.
  
• Knowledge of local area, hotel facilities and transportation options.
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to evolving guest requirements.
