Drafter - Kitchen & Food and Beverage

We are looking for talented and experienced Drafters with a strong background in commercial kitchen and food and beverage (F&B) projects. In this role, you will produce detailed technical drawings for kitchen fit-outs, joinery installations, and F&B interior packages for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and other hospitality venues.

You will work closely with our design, project management, and manufacturing teams in a fully remote capacity, contributing to a diverse pipeline of exciting commercial hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed shop drawings for commercial kitchen cabinetry, joinery, and millwork
• Develop technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and installation details for F&B projects
• Coordinate with kitchen equipment suppliers, designers, and contractors to ensure drawing accuracy
• Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design briefs into precise technical documentation
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards for commercial kitchens
• Manage drawing revisions and maintain up-to-date documentation across all project stages
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output

Requirements

• Proven experience in drafting for commercial kitchens and/or F&B / hospitality fit-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or other BIM software is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen layouts, cabinetry construction, and joinery detailing
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment standards, clearances, and installation requirements
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team environment
• Available to start immediately

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-end restaurant, hotel, or resort F&B projects
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations as they relate to kitchen design
• Millwork and joinery drafting experience alongside kitchen fit-out work
• Revit experience for kitchen and joinery documentation
