RSS is seeking for an experienced Draftsman to join our established team. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to work closely with clients and stakeholders.

This role is based in Clark Pampanga.

Position Summary:

As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for translating conceptual design ideas into detailed technical drawings and plans. Working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, you will play a key role in the design and development of various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in drafting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare drawings for architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and markups from project teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of drawings and related project files.
• Assist in creating project presentations and visualizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in drafting or a relevant industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and standards.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
