Position Title: Draftsperson (Aluminium Cladding)
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 55,000

About the Role

This role converts architectural designs into detailed shop drawings and manufacturing files for a premier Victorian construction specialist. You will work from our offshore office in Pampanga, collaborating directly with the Australian project team.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DRAFTSPERSON (ALUMINIUM CLADDING)

Responsibilities as a Draftsperson (Aluminium Cladding):

• Convert Concepts: Turn architectural plans into accurate facade shop drawings.
• Generate Production Data: Convert approved shop drawings into precise manufacturing drawings.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to the National Construction Code (NCC).
• Verify Standards: Cross-check dimensions, material allowances, and structural framing clearances.
• Collaborate Daily: Coordinate with Australian project managers to resolve design discrepancies.

Qualifications as a Draftsperson (Aluminium Cladding):

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of dedicated experience in aluminium cladding systems.
• Software Mastery: Proficient in AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, or Rhino.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Australian National Construction Code (NCC).
• Technical Skills: Proven track record in facade drafting, detailing, and geometric modeling.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for Australian client collaboration.
• A portfolio of previous works. Proven experience by way of a portfolio of relevant work is required.
