DRGV Trainer - Inpatient

Work Setup: Onsite (Quezon City)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (medical allied courses). Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.
• Active RHIA, RHIT, and/or CCS with additional Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) credentials such as, CDIP and/or CCDS
• 1.5 years in the DRGV Auditor/Analyst position
• 5 years of total work experience in Medical Coding, with 3 years of DRG coding experience

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Training & ramping new hires
• Quality review
• Auditing support desk
• Conduct audits in various medical coding specialties in inpatient settings to assess coding accuracy and ensure adherence to official coding guidelines.
• Provide detailed rationale and supporting references for recommendations and
• findings.
