Driver

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

This role supports daily project operations by providing safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services. This role also assists with logistical needs, ensures proper vehicle care, and supports staff mobility to meetings, site visits, and official engagements. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and timely transportation for staff, equipment, and materials 


• Support daily logistics and operational transport needs 


• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and regularly inspected 


• Maintain accurate travel logs and comply with local traffic and safety regulations 


• Follow all safety, security, and vehicle use policies 


• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to supervisors 

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

• Valid Philippine driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes, especially in Metro Manila and nearby regions 


• Basic mechanical skills to address minor vehicle issues 


• Good interpersonal and communication skills 


• Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality 


• Previous experience as a company or commercial driver is preferred 


• Ability to work independently and solve minor logistical problems
