The Role: We are looking for a Training and Development Lead who will spearhead the design and delivery of high-quality training programs that empower driver partners to excel. Through strong leadership, this role will directly contribute to improving driver performance, deepening knowledge retention, and maintaining service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design & Develop Training Modules: Lead the creation and continuous improvement of training programs tailored for both new and existing driver partners
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Implement knowledge checks, assessments, and feedback loops to measure learning outcomes and program impact
Drive Continuous Improvement: Refine training quality standards, optimize methodologies, and identify areas for enhancement to meet desired outcomes.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, and Driver Operations to align training initiatives with operational needs and opportunities.
Set & Track Milestones: Establish clear goals, monitor progress, and provide regular reporting across all supported cities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training, learning & development, or a related field
Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Typeform/Jotform, and familiarity with mobile-based training and operations
Proven leadership abilities with a proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented approach
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across multiple teams
Schedule: Full On-Site (Monday - Friday)
Work Location: PITX Office, Parañaque City
