• Supervising all the activities of the Rooms Division, as well as other activities which relate to the effective and efficient operation of the hotel
• Acts as liaison with the other operating departments in terms of guest complaints or other related problems
• Handles and addresses guest concerns, ensuring the provision of quality guest service at all times
• Performs regular room inspections and of all public areas to ensure that standards are met

• Graduate of Hospitality Management or any related course
• With 3-4 years of Hotel experience
• Good leadership skills
• Can work in a fast phase working environment
