Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Provide accurate, timely, and proactive financial analysis to support strategic decision -making across E -Commerce and Stores
  
• Set seasonal budgets by department for E -Commerce
  
• Partner with Finance to develop weekly E -Commerce retail budgets
  
• Provide Finance with daily sales splits and forecasts
  
• Develop business cases and insights to drive profitability and sales growth
  

E -Commerce Planning & Performance

• Review weekly E -Commerce sales performance by department, ensuring sales and GP are maximized and markdowns are minimized
  
• Analyze promotional activities and recommend actions to drive sales
  
• Identify and execute strategies to clear terminal stock in line with targets
  
• Provide weekly E -Commerce outlook forecasts to Finance
  

Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure stock integrity across WMS and Magento through inventory reconciliation processes
  
• Review and manage E -Commerce inventory by size and category
  
• Create and manage weekly manual replenishment plans
  
• Coordinate with CFC on delivery priorities and stock movement
  

Retail & Store Planning Support

• Develop stock and sales analysis by store and state
  
• Support creation of store retail budgets and unit plans
  
• Collaborate with Planning teams on stock builds for new stores and allocation changes for store closures
  
• Monitor and review store performance in collaboration with Planning Managers
  

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting

• Provide reporting and insights to Planning and Digital teams
  
• Partner with Digital Manager to align on weekly trade actions
  
• Attend and contribute to OTB (Open -to -Buy) meetings
  
• Ensure effective communication between CFC, Planning, and Digital teams
