As an eCommerce Pricing and Catalogue Analyst, you are responsible for the maintenance and management of products and pricing offered to clients via Insight’s digital commerce toolset. This includes: - Along the way, you will get to:

• Coordinate internal requests (via a ticketing system) for the application of customised products for individual clients against strict approval rules.
• Sourcing of vendor quotes from distributors – including sourcing/translating of local SKUs against global SKUs and liaising with internal stakeholders to have a product line added to our vendor feed
• Contribute and report to internal stakeholders on items “to improve” via a ‘discrepancy register’
• Monitor and proactively manage (including discontinuation of codes against a decision matrix) non-feed web enabled codes and pricelists
• Monitoring and providing timely advice (SLA) to the requestor around EOL, end of availability etc. of custom/non-feed products

We are looking for an eCommerce Pricing and Catalogue Analyst, with:

• Bachelor's Degree

• With at least 2 years relevant work experience in ecommerce

• Handles Price Setting, monitoring of pricing bands and customized pricing, updating of catalogues

• Understanding of Supply Chain processes and quote-to-invoice functions within an organization

• Experience as a key contact for internal and external clients

• Good experience with Microsoft Office Apps and SAP

• Excellent communication skills
