E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator

PRIMARY FUNCTION

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Shopify, Google and Meta ads, and SEO. This role involves managing marketplace products, executing paid ad campaigns, supporting website updates, and providing customer service support within the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute organic SEO strategies to improve website visibility and performance.


• Manage marketplace products and related activities to optimize sales and presence.


• Assist in the execution and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms.


• Knowledge and experience with TikTok ads is highly advantageous.


• Support website updates and changes, with critical emphasis on Shopify platform management.


• Provide customer service support to internal teams as needed.


• Collaborate with the team to achieve shared KPIs and marketing goals.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.


• Strong proficiency with Shopify for website management.


• Solid experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.


• Familiarity with TikTok advertising is a plus.


• Basic understanding of SEO principles and their practical application.


• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.


• Comfortable with a fast-paced, collaborative, and hands-on work environment.
