Business Development Senior Executive

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Participate in tactical strategies to recruit potentialbusinesses to sell on YSG Marketplace.

2. Execute full spectrum of sales tactics to meet businessgoals.

3. Collaborate with the wider team to effectively huntin allocated segments.

4. Performthe role of YSG’s Brand Ambassador in assisting the onboarding of new businesses.

5. Takecharge in offering onboarding packages within authorised limits.

6. Managethe entire sales cycle from initial contact to qualification.

7. Managethe relationships of clients to encourage referrals.

8. Meetand exceed monthly seller acquisition targets.

9. Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or Diplomain Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 yearsof proven working experience in a similar or sales role.
  • Excellent presentationskills and salesmanship.
  • Fast thinkerwith a strong sense of business acumen.
  • Ability tohandle people of all levels.
  • Pleasant,clean and professional image
  • Strong Englishproficiency plus knowledge of additional languages will be advantageous.

Graphic Designer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conceptualise, design and develop all brand and digital marketing campaigns such as Facebook ads, Instagram stories; EDMs; E-Commerce Marketplace platform banners and social media posts.

2. Support all kinds of artwork creation, adaption, localisation, resizing, photoshoot, video shoot for branding and promotional use (as and when required).

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and support business requirements.

4. Take charge of end-to-end creative processes from conceptualisation to production across all marketing media.

5. Experience in crafting visual assets for a wide variety of clients across different social media platforms. Takecharge in offering onboarding packages within authorised limits.

6. Sound understanding and good knowledge of the latest design industry best practices. .

7. Ensure consistency in brand identity for all media touchpoints.

8. Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or Diploma in Design Communication or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of strong relevant working experience
  • Possess creative flair and versatility
  • Excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop; Illustrator & InDesign etc)
  • Strong sense of graphic design fundamentals (layout; typography; colours and composition)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

E-Commerce Brand Executive

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Take charge of Store Management of Assigned Brands on E-commerce Marketplaces. Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to execute strategies and maintain high service quality for customer satisfaction.

2. Create, plan, and execute digital marketing plans for campaign launches, and collaborate with stakeholders to put together a plan of action for successful execution and to maximize revenue and profit.

3. Manage Customer Service chat platforms to ensure Excellent Customer Experience of the Assigned Brands. Monitor and respond to customer reviews on marketplaces.

4. Work closely with Warehouse Team to ensure Inventory is Inbounded and Orders are Shipped-On-Time.

5. Providing Onboarding to Assigned Brands on Marketplaces, Product Listing, and Campaign Registration.

6. Monitor and Analyze competitor product sales to provide insights to Brand Owners for them to make effective business decisions.

7. Review and align current strategic plans with Brand Owners, develop resource allocation plans and implement a targeted strategy according to requirements.

8. Responsible for monthly reporting, profit & loss reporting, and setting of performance measurement/matrix to measure the well-being of the marketplace launch.

9. Ensuring Assigned Brands are performing above marketplace KPIs.

10. To perform any other duties as assigned by top Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Digital or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with eCom Marketplace Channel Management especially Lazada, Shopee & Zalora / Qoo10 / EZBuy
  • Proven track record in using Marketplace Seller Centre Tools
  • Highly analytical. Proficient in business presentation
  • Attention to details and good follow-up capabilities
  • Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graphic design/photoshop skills will be an advantage although not a pre-requisite

Marketing (Executive/Senior Executive)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist with the development of the overall marketing strategy.

2. M anage and execute full spectrum of marketing communicationsto meet business goals.

3. Review and develop new digital marketing campaignsand strategies to reach target audience.

4. Content creation for social media platforms, Company’ssite and microsite; and EDMs.

5. Evaluatethe ROI of all marketing initiatives and campaigns, and assist the team inanalysing and optimising user funnels and other marketing platforms via GoogleAd Manager and Facebook Ad Manager.

6. SupportSEO/SEM efforts to increase quality traffic to Company’s site.

7. Manageand maintain Company’s digital platforms including updating the latest informationand introducing new ways to improve the site’s interface and user experience.

8. Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing or relateddiscipline.

2. Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven working experience ina similar role.

3. Excellent understanding and insights into current digitalmarketing trends.

4. Well-versed with digital marketing concepts; tools andstrategies.

5. Strong English proficiency with experience increative copywriting.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Highly meticulous and strong attention to detail.
