The Ecommerce Partner coordinator coordinator will work as a liaison with the Tiger Direct team, Technology campaigns team, and Product Management team to implement and execute ecommerce campaigns covering Tiger Direct, Insight.com, and Insight Price Advantage program. This position will play a key role in the Partner integration into the mid to small market and Insight marketing.
The Partner Marketing Coordinator will be a professional and dedicated teammate when successfully managing internal and external partner and marketing efforts. This position must utilize skills including team-based interaction, project management, goal setting, and reporting. A key aspect of this job is to ensure mutual ROI and success for all parties involved.
In this role, the candidate will have the proven ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening, and exhibit organizational and analytical skills. This is a demanding and diverse role including a mix of project management, analytics, creative development, and strategic planning all via our ecommerce channels and programs.
Responsibilities:
Work with partners to develop and implement marketing strategy, plans, and campaigns for Tiger Direct, Insight.com, and Price Advantage
Maintain consistent, effective communication with partners on marketing opportunities and programs
Lead content development with partners and internal teams
Collaborate with internal teams on campaign planning and launch
Provide reports and analysis on partner marketing efforts
Serve as project manager for various partner marketing programs that align to ecommerce
Work with partners and internal teams to optimize marketing budgets
Ensure brand guidelines are met across all marketing programs
Execute and own all marketing campaign efforts for Tiger Direct, Insight.com, and Price Advantage
Skills/Qualifications:
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker
Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mindset
Calm individual who can operate under pressure, deadlines and demands of a fast pace environment
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects independently
Creative and innovative thinker
Professional business presence and acumen
Commitment to customer service (internal and external with our partners)
1 - 3 years of Marketing experience
Highly developed relationship management abilities with a collaborative approach
Expert project management skills with high attention to detail
Experience with marketing automation and CRM
Results focus with ability to effectively analyze and report out on performance
Bachelor degree in marketing, PR, or related field
