Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to join our client's growing digital team. This role is central to the day-to-day management and optimisation of our Shopify store, ensuring products, promotions, and campaigns are accurately executed and consistently presented. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer experience teams to deliver a seamless online shopping experience and support the brand’s growth in the direct-to-consumer space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management (Shopify):
• Update product pages, collections, and merchandising daily.
• Ensure product information (images, copy, pricing, SEO tags) is accurate and consistent.
• Manage promotions, discount codes, and site content updates.
• Coordinate product uploads, assets, and availability in Shopify.
• Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
• Inventory & Operations Support:
• Track stock availability in Shopify and flag low/out-of-stock items.
• Liaise with supply chain/warehouse teams to sync stock and product launches.
• Digital Marketing Support:
• Coordinate website updates with marketing campaigns, EDMs, and paid ads.
• Upload banners, landing pages, and promotional content.
• Customer Experience:
• Troubleshoot ecommerce issues (orders, payments, returns) and escalate to CX or tech as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years’ experience in ecommerce, ideally within Shopify/DTC brand.
• Proficiency with Shopify (mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Commercial mindset with an eye for brand presentation.
