LOOKING FOR A FILIPINO TALENT RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES
Position : Ecommerce Executive Assistant
Work Hours : M-F, 9AM – 5PM Hawaii time
Pay Range : $800 - $1300 per month (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer support inquiries for the e-commerce store that sells pocketknives.
- Manage the inventory for the e-commerce store, and make orders when inventory is low.
- The EA must be good at delegation, and if they can't do a task, figure out who the person to do it it.
What makes you successful in this position
- This individual must be excellent at customer support, and able to field all customer support inquiries.
- Order inventory for the e-commerce store and keep track of inventory level
- Make modifications to the Shopify website as needed (delete products, add products, etc.)
- Amazon FBA experience is a plus
- Must be very coachable and be able to wear multiple hats.
The client also has a team of developers for a separate business, and this EA will assist in keeping those developers on track. Duties here include:
- Taking tasks that come through on email and creating a ticket for it.
- Assign the ticket to a developer and ensure that they have launched the project
- Periodically check-in to ensure that the developers are on track and don’t need additional support.
- There are three developers in total that they will be doing this for.
Software familiarities for the role:
- Suite of Google products
- Following SOP's in Google Docs
- Shopify and Amazon background ecommerce
Requirements
- At least a year of prior experience as an EA in ecommerce industry or similar
- Must be adaptable with tasks and deadlines when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
