What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll be part of the core operational team, reporting directly to the Founder. Your main goal will be to unlock the commercial potential and aggressively scale direct-to-consumer revenue.  Your key tasks will include:
• Shopify Store Management: Maintain and optimize the digital storefront, managing product listings, seasonal collections, pricing, conversion rates (CRO), and overall user experience.  
• Klaviyo Email Marketing: Build out and fully configure Klaviyo email marketing from scratch, setting up core automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) and driving repeat purchase metrics through segmentation.  
• Subscription Program Growth: Architect and deploy strategies to increase subscription sign-ups, maximize customer lifetime value, and continuously reduce subscriber churn
• Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain weekly/monthly performance dashboards (covering revenue, web traffic, and email metrics) to deliver clear, actionable insights to the owner.  
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Write conversational marketing copy for email campaigns and collaborate directly with the brand's social media consultant to sync cross-channel promotional calendars

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ Years of Proven Experience: Hands-on experience directly managing a Shopify storefront for a product-based or consumer brand, with a demonstrable track record of driving revenue growth.  
• Klaviyo Competency: Demonstrated proficiency in configuring automated email flows, complex audience segmentation, and performance tracking.  
• Comfortable using Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics, or equivalent platforms to build e-commerce dashboards and extract trends from raw data.  
• Proactive Communication Style: Excellent written and spoken English skills with a warm, conversational tone. 
• Ability to share performance metrics clearly and raise operational blockers early.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment without needing to be micromanaged.

Bonus Points For

• Hands-on experience in the coffee, food & beverage (F&B), or subscription box industries.  
• Basic graphic design familiarity with tools like Canva to build light creative assets for email headers and banners.  
• Conceptual awareness of Meta Ads Manager and paid media structures to assist with future strategy scaling
