JOB TITLE: E-COMMERCE MARKET RESEARCHER

SCOPE OF WORK:

Research and Investigation

• Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information for any possible resources ortools canuse internally for the company, e.g. Patreon, GoFundme, Kickstarter, or any
  similar tools.
• Present options, pros and cons, of any platform/system that is being researched. Help narrow down the choices for Rob leading through the decision phase.
• Investigate any web marketing platforms we can use, e.g. Kartra or any similar platform.
• Learn how to use the platform(s), see how viable the platform is/are, and be able to trainRob and/or any of the team member on how to use it.
  

• Implement on a day-to-day basis the stuff that must get done on the backend of whichever platform the clientends up purchasing and using based on the research and investigation.
• Work with the client and discuss any action items that they need, making sure they implement
• them.
• Demonstrate initiative in implementing day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Implement changes and updates on the platforms used by the client
• Ensure project parameters stay on track.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Reporting progress on any ongoing projects.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proficient in conducting detailed research.
2. Essential: Resourceful Problem-solver.
3. Creativity and Initiative: Ability to craft potential solutions to issues across multiple business arenas or
4. areas of concern.
5. Ability to interact, craft, design and optimize utilization of AI tools such as ChatGPT, etc.
6. Knowledgeable in business setup and operations and managing a business plan.
7. Cloud-sourcing expertise for efficient data management. Experience in setting up a business on
8. Patreon or using other cloud-sourcing resources, etc. is a bonus.
9. Strong project management skills.
10. Familiarity with social media platforms and forum sites.
11. Ability to take initiative and implement tasks independently.
12. Good communication skills.
13. Must be tech-savvy.
14. Must be a self-starter.
