About Our Client

Our client is the leading multiple- goods retailer in the country.

Job Description

• Monitor inventory, pricing & listings and tagging of products to achieve availability and operational targets for the platform
• Coordination with cross- functional departments and eCommerce provider
• Drive and own key operational metrics, and create effective internal working processes to support them
• Conduct annual budgeting and forecasting activities to support the e-commerce business
• Provide timely and in-depth reports with data-driven recommendations
• Conduct market and consumer research and any related analysis, and generate actionable insights

The Successful Applicant

The successful eCommerce Operations Executive must:

• have an Industrial Engineering degree
• have had an internship or other work experience
• be a data-driven, detail-oriented and highly analytical individual
• has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• strong business acumen
• is highly proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Google Suite
