Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As an eCommerce Specialist with Insight, you wll hold a position that is responsible in providing a top-notch level customer service and support through communication channels like, email, chat, and phone, understand the basic features/functions of Insight’s e-commerce solutions in order to troubleshoot challenges and setup/update customized solutions ad With focus on B2B clients that transact business through electronic transmission from procurements solutions and work within a team environment to understand ongoing challenges and identify patterns and system improvements needed to enhance solutions. Along the way, participate in improving process and knowledge base articles.

As a eCommerce Specialist, you will get to:

• Understand website functionality directly and integration points to other systems
• Directly contribute and be accountable for percentage of orders transacted via B2B Procurement systems day to day support of account executives and clients. team goals
• The ability to seek and document site issues and identify opportunities for optimization when troubleshooting system solutions
• Lead discussions specific to e-commerce capabilities, benefits and solutions

We are looking for an eCommerce Specialist with:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university College degree
• Background in cMXL is a plus
• Ability to work well within a team environment or independently according to project need
• Has good English communication skills both verbal and written
