To highlight, this is an OFFICE-BASED role in CEBU CITY with a MID-SHIFT schedule (3:00PM-12:00AM, Mon-Fri).

About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist (WooCommerce) to manage and optimize our online store. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, order management, website updates, and basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth store operations.

What You’ll Do:

1. WooCoomerce & Product Management

• Add, update, and optimize product listings.
• Categorize products and manage variations.
• Upload and manage lifestyle images & expert reviews
• Maintain accurate product information, including box contents.

2. Elementor & Page Building

• Replicate designs from Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD in Elementor.
• Utilize Elementor Theme Builder for global elements like headers & footers.
• Develop custom widgets or add-ons to enhance site functionality.

3. Website Admin / Maintenance

• Update WooCommerce plugins, themes, and security settings.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Coordinate with developers for advanced fixes.

4. SEO & Performance Optimization

• Optimize images & media.
• Write SEO-friendly content for categories, product pages, and archive pages.
• Add meta descriptions and focus key phrases for content and product pages.
• Find and upload high-quality lifestyle images for SEO and category pages.

5. Other Admin Tasks: Customer Support, Order Processing & Inventory Management

• Experience with WooCommerce & WordPress
• Familiarity with order management & inventory tools
• Knowledge of product SEO and optimization is an advantage but not required.
• Basic image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop) – a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• A self-starter and willing to be trained.
