Job Summary:

As the E-Commerce Website Manager for En Gold, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our online presence. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, a keen eye for design, and a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences. We are hiring for a full-time position Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm at our Cebu, Philippines location.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce website through Shopify Plus.
• Ensure the website is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing using seamless integration with
• third-party apps and tools.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement website enhancements and
• updates.
• Maintain the operations of Shopify Plus store and stay up to date with processes, apps and plugins that will support the operations of the business.
• Using Shopify tools and integrated apps to maintain imagery and periodically reviewing all content and copy to support the sale of the products.
• Maintaining & testing user experience by completing regular health checks of our online platforms
• Working closely with General Manager and CEO to understand when content of new products is ready to be uploaded & online ready for sale.

Product Management:

• Coordinate with product teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive product listings.
• Optimize product pages for search engine visibility and user engagement.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to promote featured products and collections.

User Experience Optimization:

• Analyze user behaviour and website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a visually appealing and intuitive online environment.
• Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web solutions.

Content Management:

• Manage product descriptions, images, and other content on the website.
• Develop and implement a content calendar for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal updates.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all online channels.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track website performance.
• Generate regular reports on website metrics and e-commerce sales.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management using Shopify Plus, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and e-commerce trends.
• Familiarity with content management systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
