Lemba BPO is looking for an Educational Course Developer or Project Manager to assist with the development of medical education courses. This is a work-from-home position with salary and benefits. Description

• Manage course development, revision, and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
• Consult with stakeholders to ensure consistency with institutional policies.
• Work to provide LMS and content integrity
• Instruct faculty on course design best practices.
• Participate in development team meetings and communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelors Degree preferably in Nursing or Medicine
• Project Management Certificate
• Educational Course Experience
